DOWNTOWN

Today is a beautiful day. the sun is shining and the birds are singing. It’s a very special day. My name is Andres and my parents and I are going to visit the downtown. There are a lot of stores downtown. There are hundreds of restaurants and clothing stores and there is a large new shopping mall which is my favorite. There are many restaurants, some of which are expensive and also cheap. There is only 1 book store though. There are 3 video stores in the mall and there is a bank too, but my favorite place is the cinema. There are 5 movie theaters and every weekend there are different movies. My mother’s favorite restaurant is Marcelo. It’s a very nice place to go because there are different kind of foods from many countries and it’s delicious and cheap. My father’s favorite place is a bar called Wallaby. It is a nice place to go because there are a variety of foods and drinks from around the world. As you can see, downtown is my favorite place to go in the city, there is only one shopping mall, but there are many different things to do there.
