Parte 2: Ejercicio de lectura + comprensión (Lección 2)

Last Saturday was one of the strangest days of my life.

It all started when my roommate told me he was going to move out. I didn’t believe him at first, but when I saw him packing boxes, I realized he was serious. He said he needed to go away for a while to clear his mind. He didn’t say where he was going, but he promised to come back soon.

While I was cleaning the kitchen, my friend Liam dropped by to say hi. We were about to sit down for coffee when we heard a loud noise outside. Someone had fallen down the stairs near the entrance!

We both stood up and ran outside. A man was lying on the ground, trying to stand up, but he looked weak. Suddenly, he passed out. A neighbor quickly showed up and called for help.

Right then, a teenager suddenly ran away from the area. No one knew who he was or what had happened.

After things calmed down, Liam and I went back inside and sat down again. We talked for a while, and he told me he might also move out soon. Before leaving, he said, “I just wanted to drop by, but I didn’t expect all this.”

I smiled and replied, “Let’s hope next time you show up, things are a little quieter.”
