CHRISTMAS EVE.

Hello! My name is Laura. Today I’m with all my family and some friends. We’re at a very popular restaurant in our city. We want to celebrate Christmas Eve together. We’re almost 30 people. There are three, different tables in the restaurant for all the family. I’m at one of the tables with my father, my mother, my aunt Luz, her husband William, and their two children, my cousins Pablo and Diana. I love them very much, but Diana is my favorite cousin. We play together when she comes to my house during the weekends. We like to sing English songs together. Today, my father wants to eat Mexican food. He enjoys eating this type of food and his favorite being “Tacos”, He doesn’t like spicy food and most of the time, Mexican food is very spicy. My mother is thinking about two different foods, American or Italian. She says American food is very cheap but this time she wants to eat Italian food. At this specific restaurant, Italian food is very expensive. My brother doesn’t know what to order. He says he wants to eat French food but he’s not sure. My aunt Luz and her husband want to eat Chinese food. My cousin Pablo doesn’t like Chinese food so he wants to eat only a hamburger with soda. Diana and I want to eat Colombian food. We really like “Bandeja Paisa”. Right now, the waiter is taking our order and he is saying the specials today are delicious. He has many different orders from my family but he is a friendly waiter. He smiles all the time. As you can see, we’re all waiting for our food and we’re very happy to be together during Christmas Eve.
